There is a technique to it. Hold the lens near the upper part of nose, now pull down. The lens should come out, but it will take a bit of effort to do so. you may even have to bend the frame a little for it to pop out. This seems very fragile to do when you have it in your hands, but it will pop out. Once you get a lens to pop, the other will be easier to do. These are real Ray-Ban Clubmasters. Do't be put off by other reviews. Yes, they are cheaper than The Ray-Ban site, but I'm not complaining.They come in the same case as all Ray-Bans do. Arrived quickly and in great condition. No complaints

Sun glare is greatly reduced. Some water reflection reduction. Could had done with a soft carry pouch and the hinge being a little less stiff. Otherwis polarized ray bans ity seems good - very clear.
The hard case is excellent quality. Just need to find some good glasses to go in it now.
I bought a pair of these for my partner to wear whilst fishing.
I've given them a full 5 star rating as they are an excellent product, they cut out the glare of the sun, preventing squinting.
