The clip that fits to your glasses is very fiddly and they never seem quite 'on'

I somehow managed to order an extra pair which I was going to retur glass pictures e hours before bed and I sleep much more soundly. They block blue light very well. I have a blue LED (pure blue light) on my wifi router and when I have these on I can't see it is on at all. I wear glases and these fit over nicely, they are.
